Maestro Rocco Romeo has selected a range of material that captures the energy and emotion some of the greatest repertoire of the 19th and 20th Centuries, brought into our conciousness from Glinka, Tchaikovsky, and Borodin as well as the passion of Rimsky-Korsakov and insouciance of Shostakovitch and Prokofiev.
Malcolm Wade will be featured on our programme,
in a virtuosic performance of the
"Concerto for Trombone and Wind Ensemble" by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov
